I just wanted to update you on the Fast Flicks Night on Mon Sept 24th.CHS vs GV. Here are some of the details:

JV will play first again before V - posted on the athletic schedule: JV is at 5:30, V is at 7:15

Around 6:00 when the lights go on there will be a charge to get into Teamer. I learned that ALL CHS night games are charged according to School Board Policy. Adults $5 Students $3 and young children and players are free.

Fast Flicks ( a community league for 4 townships including TE) have invited their young players and families to attend. There are close to 200 young players just from our township in this league. It is a feeder program of our high school. We have also invited TEMS, VFMS and GV middle school players. All players are encouraged to wear their team uniforms so they can get in for free and then be introduced out on the field at half time during the V game. The CHS and GV players will line up in 2 rows so the young players can run through them.

Jacqui Hickey has offered to be our announcer for the night and TETV would like to film the game.

The concession stand will be open for bottled water, candy and soft pretzels. We are trying to predict how many pretzels to order for the night. This is the first time we have done an event like this so we have absolutely no clue how many will attend. Our thoughts are to bridge the young players from the GV and TE community and expose them to high school field hockey. Please help us to welcome them - it should be a fun night -especially if we have good weather!
